Everything
I've shipped.

I wrote each of these because the same problem kept costing me time at work, and I got tired of fixing it by hand. They're all free. The code is on GitHub.

01

Bearpaws

Careful where it counts, quick everywhere else

Skills that judge each change by what could go wrong. Logins, payments and data deletes get tests and an independent review. Everyday edits skip all that.

02

quarterback

One Claude Code session, run like a small team

Opus leads, Sonnet and Haiku write the code. Nobody starts before the lead approves a plan, and nobody reports done while the tests fail.

03

playbook

Turn a chore you repeat into a skill you can check

You describe a recurring job once, and it writes the instructions, a contract, and test cases. Every run leaves a receipt. The assistant never approves its own work.

04

LinkSentinel

Fix broken links without melting your server

A WordPress plugin that checks internal links in small batches so the scan doesn't drag the site down, then flags broken links and redirects for you to fix.

05

cubtoken

Outlines for your agent instead of whole files

A Rust hook for Claude Code. Big file reads reach the model as Tree-sitter outlines with exact line ranges, so the session spends fewer tokens.

06

context-zombie

Watch the context window fill, one bone at a time

A Claude Code mod. The Claude logo above the prompt turns zombie, then skeleton, as context fills, and heals when you compact or clear.
