Find the broken links your edits left behind.

LinkSentinel checks every internal link in your WordPress posts and pages. When a link goes through a permanent redirect, it rewrites the link to point at the final URL. Broken links and temporary redirects go into a queue. You decide.

  1. Scan Tools → LinkSentinel Scan Now, or on a daily, twice-daily, or weekly schedule.
  2. Check <a href> Every internal link in your posts and pages gets a status.
  3. Sort 301 · 302 · 404
    • 301 308fix
    • 302 307review
    • 404review
  4. Auto-fix 301 · 308 Links behind a permanent redirect now point at the final URL.
  5. Review Anything else waits for your call.

Only the safe
fixes are automatic.

Rename a slug, migrate the site or delete a post, and the links that pointed at it stay exactly as they were, now aimed at a redirect or a dead end. LinkSentinel fixes what's certain. The rest it asks you about.

  1. Scan

Start a scan from Tools → LinkSentinel, or schedule one daily, twice daily, or weekly in your site's timezone. It works in batches. You watch the progress live.

  2. Check

Each internal link gets checked for a redirect or a dead destination. It doesn't blindly chase every hop.

  3. Sort

The response code decides what happens next.

    example batch3 links
    • /pricing/301fixed
    • /blog/launch-notes/302queued
    • /services/seo-audit/404queued
  4. Auto-fix

If a link returns a permanent redirect (301 or 308), LinkSentinel rewrites it to the final destination and lists it under Resolved.

  5. Review

Temporary redirects and broken links each get their own queue. Change a link by hand, with a full URL or a path like /about-us/, or clear every pending redirect at once with Resolve All. If your host rate-limits requests, set the batch size and cooldown to suit it. You can export the Resolved list as CSV.
